An on-premise mobile application used to manage a session including patient and doctor form submission plus admin overview and control. No more paper. In addition, all actions taken on the app are audited, so everything can be traced back to "who did what and when"...

We put in place many tools to ease the doctor's transition from paper and help complete his exam fast, easily and accurately.

For example, a preset feature that allows the doctor to complete the form with one tap.

We also have dictation and speech to text features.

The doctor can also bring up the patient’s case to view or add notes, view or upload medical records and easily view a summary of the patient form.

This was our Everest, to create something that knows how to take static answers the doctor and patient give, and, using special user-created templates, transform them into organic sentences, as if the doctor wrote them out.

Additional tools makes this process a breeze such as templates so you can re-use commonly used scenarios, drag and drop support to easily move things around, and auto save features so you never lose work.
